Manufacturer’s Warranty:

If within the first 90 days after purchasing any of our products a product is found to be defective, simply return it to us with proof of purchase and we will replace or repair, at our discretion, for free. Please include your return address and contact information plus $6.95 shipping. Please send your product in a padded envelope and mail it first class parcel, which will provide you with a tracking number to the address below.

Lifetime Technology Guarantee:
We offer a Lifetime Guarantee on the technology in ALL of our products. If for any reason you feel the technology in our product is not working, simply return it with a copy of your receipt, to the address below and we will re-imprint it for you. Please include return address and contact information.

Replacement Program:
If you experience a problem with your purchase after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired, we will gladly replace or repair it for you, at our discretion. The cost of replacement is typically 50% of retail, plus $6.95 shipping. Simply return the damaged item, with a copy of the receipt and your return address and contact information, to the address below. Please send your product in a padded envelope and mail it first class parcel, which will provide you with a tracking number.
